Information

Where will I be met at the airport?

Your driver will meet you in the Swiss arrivals area. This is on the other side of the doors of the baggage collection hall. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name clearly marked. This will be the name provided at the time of booking or the group leaders’ name.

Keeping in touch during your journey:

Please take our contact details with you on your journey so you can tell us of any delays in advance. We also carry your mobile number should we need to contact you for any reason on your journey. Contact: +33 450 744629

How do I know my booking has been successful?

On successful completion of your booking, you will receive an email with your booking details and a Paypal invoice to confirm payment.

Your accommodation:

We do our best to locate your accommodation in advance but just in case, please have directions and contact details with you.

What if the flight is delayed?

Whilst we allow plenty of time for a planned transfer, unfortunately, delays do occur. We will wait up to 1 hour and should we have others transfers to honour then we will help you to make alternative travel arrangements.  If we are able to wait longer than an hour then we will.  Please be assured that, however delayed, we will always make sure there is a transfer for you. Please contact us on +33 450 744629 as soon as you know of any delay.

How long before my flight will I be picked up?

Your transfer confirmation email will include your pickup time. It is generally 3.5 to 4 hours before your flight departure time. This pick up time may change slightly depending on weather conditions and number of pickups that day; however we will contact you if there is any change.

Do you offer any discount for young children or babies?

Unfortunately we do not offer any discount for younger customers as they take up the same space as an adult! We will however supply child/baby seats(forward facing/rear facing/booster) when requested at no added charge.

How much notice do I need to give to book online?

Transfers can be booked online up to 6 days before the date of travel. For less than 6 days, please contact us via  info@geneva2morzine.com to book and check our availability.

Avoriaz or Avoriaz(Prodains)?

Avoriaz drop off point gives convenient access to the top part of the resort, while Avoriaz(Prodains) gives access to the lower end. If you are unsure which drop off point betters suits you, please ask the advice of your accommodation provider.

What is the difference between a private and a shared transfer?

Private Transfers

Private transfers provide exclusive pick up at the airport and drop off at specified destination. No waiting for other customers.

Shared Transfers

Shared transfers can provide a more cost effective option (and planet friendly!). This service groups people together from the same resort, who have arrival/departure times within an hour of yours. You may also have various drop-off and pick-up points en route.
