Airport

When you arrive at Geneva Airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area.  They will be holding a sign with your party leader’s name on it.  Sometimes it can be quite busy as you walk into the arrivals area.  If you can’t see your driver, they may be waiting at the coffee bar next to the arrivals exit called the Hub.

We do our best to locate your accommodation in advance but just in case, please have directions and contact details with you.

Flight Delays

Whilst we allow plenty of time for a planned transfer, unfortunately, delays do occur.  We will wait up to 1 hour and should we have others transfers to honour then we will help you to make alternative travel arrangements, for which you may have to pay.  We will provide you with evidence for you to claim on your travel insurance for unused transfer services.
